Motivation

Motivation is an effective way to combat stress and negative feelings. One needs to be motivated, for a start it is enough just to wish. Desire itself gives us the incentive to achieve our goal. The path to achieving the set goal is long, full of obstacles and difficulties that can discourage us or give up our goal because of them. Giving up is the easiest solution. If a person feels weak and scared, there is training for everything, whether we are talking about the physical, emotional, social, mental or spiritual aspect. Training leads us to achieve a clearly set goal.

Everything is possible!

My first step towards improving my lifestyle was my school. My desire was to help the helpless and sick. I graduated from a nursing school for the elderly in Stockholm and got a great job at a nursing home. Old age awaits us all, and if they are not our closest ones, then there is someone else who will lend us a hand.

In accordance with my working hours, I made a training plan that suits me very well and I have been following it for months.

The first attempt to change the physical activation was unsuccessful. No diet or intensive training in the gym helped me get rid of the extra pounds that brought me health problems. I often wondered what was stopping me and I got the answer from a doctor from Serbia. My problem is a lack of enzymes that disrupt my digestive system.

When I finally discovered what suits me best then I became happy! I do a job that I love, I eat food that is which suits me and I do those activities that I enjoy. Every man is an individual for himself and not every activity is the same for everyone. The same rule applies to nutrition.

Everyone needs to find their right path, to enjoy that journey and have fun, to learn to overcome obstacles and temptations because there will be many of them.

Nature is a place where I renew my energy. I like to walk and do my physical activities in the fresh air. In nature I refresh my mind. From my personal experience, I felt that it is not enough just to eat healthy, but that if a person wants to lead a healthy lifestyle, he should be physically active and think about his mental health. Walking helps me renew my energy and free my thoughts from everyday events. I was in very bad shape, so a simple walk made it difficult for me to breathe. You get in good shape very quickly, you just have to do it continuously.

I love to train! Regular training also has psychological effects on our cognitive abilities as well as on improving concentration and improving sleep quality. I combine different activities and they are staying in nature and training in a home atmosphere, yoga and swimming. I have my favorite equipment and I train at home. My favorite exercises are Cindy Crawford Exercises. Her exercises completely suit me and I enjoy them to the maximum and I like them! I bought her CD when I was 21 and after a long time I took it out of the drawer and started training again. The years are not the same, but the desire, to remember them, is great.
