Blueberry smoothie

 

 

 

 

Blueberries as well as other berries reduce wrinkles on the face and make the skin shiny and elastic. It is great to get used to a healthy breakfast that contains these wonderful berries, which we must be aware that we really need. If we start the day with a smoothie made from blueberries or other berries, it is certain that we will feel better and fresher. We need that – a healthy and fresh start to the day! I get horrified when I hear that the day starts with a cigarette and coffee! I am also tempted by the smell of coffee in the morning, but five days a week I prepare a light breakfast rich in protein and on weekends I love to go out on the terrace with coffee … mmm..I love the smell of coffee .. I have my breakfast plan for the whole week so when I go shopping I get groceries for the whole week.

The blueberry smoothie is one of my favorites, not only in taste but also in the color that makes a smoothie great.

Mix oat milk, maple syrup and blueberries well in a blender. Pour in your favorite glass and start your day the right way!
