I started the blog after completing courses in Healthy Eating, Health and Physical Activity, Nutrition, Mental Training, Massage and Alternative Medicine.

I love preparing food. Healthy food is medicine, and food preparation is an art. The food I prepare is prepared and served with love and I like to pass that feeling on through photography.
