OATMEAL WITH RASPBERRY

Raspberries are a berry fruit that is very tasty both fresh and cooked. Enrich your smoothie with vitamins and minerals or by adding a few fresh raspberries. I use frozen raspberries only if I cook them, because that way the bacteria that remain on the raspberries during picking and packaging are killed.

The proposal:
Prepare the oatmeal according to the instructions. Add a few raspberries, cocoa flakes, agave syrup and hemp seeds. Great combination for a good start to the day!
