Rhubarb cream

One cup of rhubarb
2-3 teaspoons of raw sugar
a little bit of water
Cook these ingredients briefly on low heat for about ten minutes and then cool.

 

Vanilla cream

150 ml cream
raw sugar
vanilla
a little gelatin
cook over low heat. When it cools, pour it into a glass and pour over the rhubarb cream, which we prepared by cooking rhubarb with raw sugar for ten minutes.    For a vegan alternative, use ingredients free of animal origin, such as oat, soy or another plant milk that you like, as well as vegan gelatin.
