I had a weight problem for many years. I tried different ways to lose weight but I didn’t succeed. I felt faint, I felt tired from the early morning.
In various ways I tried to lose weight and maintain an ideal weight but it was not long term. The lost pounds came back quickly.
One way of eating helped me not only to lose weight quickly but also to be full of energy, to perform my daily duties more easily, in the morning when I wake up to be in the mood and to endure physical training more easily. It is a blood type diet. I have blood type A.
A diet that corresponds to blood group A is a vegetarian diet. There are foods that are forbidden and that harm the body, there are neutral foods that do not harm the body but have no special effect and there are useful foods that act on the body as a medicine.
I don’t like the word diet, I don’t like prohibitions, the most important thing is control. I don’t eat after 6pm but if I’m a guest of course I’ll allow myself that pleasure of breaking my rule. Reduce sugar as much as possible. I love proteins and they give me strength.
I can say that you can get used to this diet very quickly, but first you have to try if it suits you. Before we start changing our diet, we must first ask ourselves why we want to change our lifestyle and how much we want to invest ourselves, because patience and motivation are key.
My reason for engaging in regular physical activity is for health reasons. It is terribly difficult for me when I am overweight and I also have a hernia in my stomach. The important rule is – Smaller portions rich in healthy substances, proteins, fats and carbohydrates. Stomach overload should be avoided, you should not overeat, even if it is a healthy food. The best food is food stored at home.
