
Coat the glass with thin rings of kiwi. Dip chia seeds in milk that suits you (in a separate bowl and pour in a glass with kiwi). I usually prepare with oat milk. Leave it overnight.
Pour the jelly you prepared from 1 teaspoon of water, half a teaspoon of raw sugar and 2-3 teaspoons of frozen raspberries, strawberries or blueberries and a little gelatin. Cook these ingredients for a few minutes and pour over the pudding. Wait for it to cool. During that time, boil 50 g of sweet sour cream with a little sugar, add vanilla. Pour over the cabbage. When cool add fruit as desired and chia seeds.
This pudding requires a little more attention and time, but it tastes so good that you will really enjoy it.
