HEALTHY BLACKBERRY SMOOTHIE
This is such a simple and delicious smoothie.
For the preparation of my smoothie I used oat milk but you can use the milk you want as well as the type of sweetener. .
Ingredients
- oat milk
- blackberries
- maple syrup
Berries contains vitamin C, vitamin E, manganese, magnesium and iron. Blackberries are an excellent
source of vitamin K which, among other things, facilitates calcium absorption.
If you want to reduce or even eliminate wrinkles, add berries to your daily diet!
