SMOOTHIE DRINKS
Smoothie drinks are a trend. I adore them! How healthy they are depends on the ingredients, so I never use plain white sugar, which I think should be avoided whenever possible. My choices are maple syrup, agave syrup, raw sugar or honey.
I never use industrially processed white sugar in drinks.
I felt different energy when I took sugar out of use.
Of course, there are also cases when I eat a piece of cake, a cake with a lot of sugar or a glass of Coca-Cola, but that really rarely happens. I avoid as much as possible.
Energy also comes from good carbohydrates, fruits, vegetables and grains, so a smoothie is a great meal before and after a workout. A well-combined smoothie gives energy before training and after training strengthens the body and helps build muscle mass.
Depending on the recipe, smoothie helps to detoxify the body, lose weight, raise energy levels, but also helps in the treatment of various diseases.
It is easy to prepare and looks very nice, so it is real pleasure to include a smoothie in the diet and thus enriches it and makes it better and more diverse.

Vitamin C helps the absorption or intake of iron in the body, so it is also used in the treatment of anemia together with iron preparations.
Citrus juice is an excellent source of vitamin C.
The combinations are different. You can use lemon, grapefruit, orange, tangerine or any other citrus fruit. Strain and the drink is ready!

Green vegetables are rich in iron as well as other minerals and vitamins.
Spinach and oat milk are the basis for my green smoothie.

This is my favorite smoothie. I have experienced that berries help the skin to have such a fine shine and elasticity so I have introduced the intake of berries into my diet on a daily basis. And it’s great for my blood type and I like it so much.
Mix blackberries, vegetable milk and add sweetener if desired.
My choice is agave syrup, maple syrup or raw sugar.

A healthy lifestyle does not mean spending hours every day in the gym and eating only salad because it is healthy. It is necessary to harmonize the balance with diet and physical activities as well as with daily obligations or work that we do every day.
Eating healthy can be both fun and easy no matter what business we do! Set yourself a goal and there is no excuse for not being able to achieve what you envisioned.
